Refunds and Returns

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase through our online shop, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Prior to returning goods, telephone authorisation must be obtained by calling Gym Upholstery UK on 01282 831238.

Our customer support team are available Monday – Friday (9am- 4:30pm).

Only faulty product refunds will be made within 30 days of delivery.

Only Items accepted as faulty can be returned for refund. These items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Return postage for refunds are non-refundable.
